Update 10/3/2023
Mark is to go next week to handle the bookshelves and tower. Will need to get Toliver there to complete the list of items that Fink’s and Adam have discussed.
Been A While
I apologize for the lateness of this update. We have been talking in person about all of this.
First and foremost, we are working on getting all the water out of the crawl from the unseasonable rain we received. The garage floor was poured and is in. Last week the garage apron and the sidewalks were prepped and poured on Friday. With all of the rain that came in on Sunday and Monday of this week, we are now in a holding pattern to get the driveway created. Currently, the plan is to have the backyard scathed and moved to create the driveway on August 24th, with the gravel delivered a couple of days later.
The porch and garage have been inspected and have passed.
Fit and finish is started and will move to final fit and finish very soon.
